Preliminary survey
The main purpose of the preliminary needs assessment is to establish the expectations of our interested customers and, based on them, the applicability of our ERP systems.
- Therefore, before concluding a contract, we check whether the options and functions of our systems cover the customer’s needs in the framework of a preliminary needs assessment.
- If a unique need arises that differs from the known functionality, it will be recorded in the protocol of the preliminary needs assessment. After that, we prepare a detailed Business Process Survey offer for our client.
Step 2
Business Process Assessment
Accurate knowledge of our partners’ business processes is one of the most important tasks at the beginning of joint work. That’s why we work to get to know your company as thoroughly as possible after contacting you.
Based on the results of the preliminary needs survey, even before the program development is ordered, a detailed Business Process Survey is carried out in each case, the result of which will be the requirements specification prepared by PROGEN.
- We review your business processes, get to know your exact activities and organization. Based on personal interviews and the information and demand lists provided to us, we collect the requirements for the ERP system.
- We design the coordination of the requirements and the functions of the enterprise management system so that they support your business processes at the highest possible level.
- We prepare the detailed requirement specification document, which presents the functions and operation of the areas to be developed in the company management system, as well as includes the requirements, the implementation plan, and the description of the necessary program development needs.
- The requirement specification created as a result of the survey will be the basis of our price offer for the license, implementation consulting and any necessary developments, as well as the final contract.
Step 3
Introduction Consulting
We are convinced that the introduction of a company management system is a decisive task in the life of every company, which can be a guarantee of future success. A well-thought-out and precise introduction of the program is the basis of long-term, successful cooperation for both parties.
The introduction of our company management systems is based on the unique methodology developed and proven based on our many years of experience, as well as the detailed requirements specification.
During the introduction, we perform the following tasks:
Our colleagues install the integrated company management software and the necessary MS SQL database management system on the server and all workstations. In the case of hosted systems, the commissioning takes place on a server operated by PROGEN Kft.
During the parameterization work, we set the business processes according to the requirements specification. The operation of the main functions (e.g. customer invoice input function) can be controlled separately with control functions (e.g. customer invoice parameter function) from the user interface. This is where we set up the automations that make everyday life easier for users.
Based on the agreed user rights, we set the authorization levels and prepare the user menus.
We convert the data stored in our client’s previously used systems into the integrated company management system.
We fully customize the system for all our customers. We record any development needs that may arise, on the basis of which we carry out the necessary developments. After testing, the completed system will be handed over for trying out. We will finalize the improvements based on additional modification requests that arise during the trial operation.
End-user education is an important part of the implementation process. In the framework of the education, we introduce the general, basic connections and operational logic of the company management system. After that, we present the automatic processes set up during the parameterization, as well as the detailed user tasks. We create daily tasks and a test interface for practice.
At the end of the training, we check the knowledge of your colleagues with the help of various test tasks.
During the trial day, our ERP consultants help check the final settings of the installed program on site.
We will check again that the program has been fully parameterized, and thus the system is fully ready for live start-up.
At the end of the test day, we record the results of the tests, their successful completion, or a list of possible deficiencies.
After a successful trial day, the system is ready for live launch.
During the live start-up of the system, we assist users both on site and from the center. We ensure the smooth continuity of the work of the sites. In the course of our work, we prepare the key users designated by our Partners to eliminate any problems that may arise.
Step 4
Product Support
We do not leave our partners alone even after the introduction. Our Central Consulting Service provides general product support and individual ERP consulting services during working hours by phone or online. Our Partners who have contracted to use the Product Support Service can use the following services:
The updated program versions can be downloaded via the Partner Center on our website. Thus, all our customers use a constantly renewed, up-to-date company management system. Our users can find out about current news and updates from the downloadable change information and regularly sent newsletters..
We undertake to update the operation of our systems in the event of a change in legislation so that they are always up-to-date in compliance with the official regulations. This automatic program modification applies only to those laws that were part of the system when the program was purchased.
The employees of our Central Consulting Service are available during working hours for questions related to the operation of company management systems. Within the framework of the service, they can receive answers to short questions related to the use of the program, for a maximum of 15 minutes/occasion, on the following topics:
- reporting a program error,
- announcement of proposals for programme modifications and improvements,
- answering short questions about the use of the program.

We are at the disposal of our existing customers with our highly qualified and experienced ERP consultant colleagues, so that we can provide the highest level of service in relation to the management and organization tasks that arise on the fly, the changed business processes or the assessment of new processes!

If required, we also set up data backup processes of the enterprise management system and check its operation. In the event of a possible loss of data, we will provide compensation. We also undertake data import or export on an ad hoc or regular basis.
We also design and coordinate the data connection systems necessary for your work (ÁNYK, MS Office, EDI, online store, etc.).

Educations, trainings
We conduct group trainings and trainings for our clients in a cost-effective manner. The topics of the trainings touch on business areas served by enterprise management systems, compiled for advanced or novice users. The training also includes information on changes in legislation and new developments in the field. In our training room equipped with computers, participants can immediately try out what they hear. In the case of online instruction, the curriculum is made available to students both in writing and on admission. Trainings are held by highly qualified and experienced specialists so that your employees always have up-to-date knowledge of how to use the enterprise management system.
